The art of Isabelle Noor is a reverential glory in nature counterpointed by a wistful sadness that all that surrounds us in stunning simplicity may come to a tragic end far too soon. In techniques that begin with elemental finger painting then blended by brushwork seeking the hues that move the human soul, she captures a ballet, not unlike the dancing Black Swan unifying beauty and the possibility of imminent death. Color My World is intended to remind us what may be sacrificed and what is still within our reach.
